About us- AVF Team 1™
AVFteam1™ is a Washington State 501(c)3 charity. The EOB Unit is our outreach. The founder and his team have spent the past decade donating their time caring for active duty veterans and first responders on military installations. As both a civilian and/or Department of Defense board member volunteer, the founder has been in support positions with inbound PCS (permanent change of station) orientation events, on base marketing, and separating service member events. His scope of experience includes civilian employer outreach with the Guard and Reserve (ESGR.mil a Department of Defense office, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment).
Our outreach was designed from a decade of experience "inside the wire" (on military installations) and is 100% OPSEC compliant.
